In NOVA PACK® One of our main commitments is to ensure fair working conditions and safe in all our operations, while maintaining high standards in health, safety, security, environment, ethics, and labor practices. To this end, we comply with all applicable regulations, and participate in joint initiatives with our business partners in the area of sustainability. In addition, we have established a series of commitments and clear objectives to ensure compliance with these principles.

Achievements
- Clean Industry. Since the year 2000 NOVA PACK has been certified as a Clean Industry, an appreciation of the legal compliance, and performance in environmental matters, which grants the Federal Attorney for Environmental Protection (PROFEPA).
- Clean field. We are affiliated to the Association of Civil Amocali BC (Clean Field) as part of our commitment to achieving a correct destination of containers of agrochemicals post-consumer at the end of its useful life.
- Ecovadis. We are committed to improve in the area of sustainability, through our annual assessment on the platform ecovadis.
- Reforestation Cuernavaca. We actively participate in our society, carrying out days of reforestation.
- Plan Mutual Aid Group (PAM). We are part of the Plan of Mutual Aid, since more than 10 years ago, where we participated in the training of the brigade of the emergency response, performing compliance audits in the field of security, drills coordinated with the other companies that are part of this group.
